1950s

In 1950, my parents bought a new house at 4840 N. 54th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I attended Hampton School. In 1952, they moved the 7th and 8th graders to Rufus King High School, because of crowded conditions. I attended Rufus King until graduating in 1958. Then I entered college at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, majoring in Physics and Mathematics.
