In the 1990s, I was working for the U.S. Air Force as the Total Quality Manager of the SDI Programs. Then in 1992, I quit my job, we left Los Angeles and moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We bought a home in Elm Grove. I got teaching jobs at the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) and the Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC). Then I started getting Computer Based Training contracts though my independent business, Kurtus Technologies.
